Pricing questions
What's a credit?
Credits are how Avery's work is measured. A typical reply to a couple uses about 6 or 7. Each plan includes a weekly amount, which resets every Monday.
What happens if I run out?
On Silver and Gold, Auto-Reload adds credit when you run low, so Avery keeps going through a busy week, up to a monthly limit you choose. On Bronze, she pauses her replies until Monday, and your conversations stay open so you can answer couples yourself.
How long until my texting number works?
Phone carriers have to approve every business that texts. We do all the paperwork for you, and approval usually takes a few days to two weeks. Avery works on your website and app in the meantime.
When does Gold start billing?
When your setup is done. You add a card and pay $0 today, and Gold switches on right away. Then you book a free setup session with our team, and billing starts once we've set everything up together. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down anytime from the app.
What is Diamond?
Diamond is our agency plan. Our marketing team runs your ads, sets everything up for you and sends you a monthly report, with everything in Gold included. Pricing depends on your venue, so book a meeting and we'll talk it through.
Is there a contract?
No. Paid plans are month to month. Cancel anytime.
